Since 2011 Dig it Kids has been running free Heritage Week events for kids…

In 2012, with of the kind support of Heritage Officers and the OPW, we ran hugely successful day long events in:

	Blackrock (venue courtesy of the 29th Blackrock Scouts), County Dublin (with the support of Tim Carey, Heritage Officer for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council)
	Trim, County Meath (with the support of Dr Loreto Guinan, Heritage Officer for County Meath)
	The Brú na Bóinne Heritage Centre, County Meath (with the support of Dr Clare Tuffy, Director of BnB)
	Kilkenny (venue courtesy of Rothe House), Co. Kilkenny (with the support of Dearbhala Ledwidge, Heritage Officer for Kilkenny)

This year, Heritage Week is the 17th – 25th August 2013.  We usually advertise these in the early summer and places book up really fast, so keep your ear to the ground.  If you would like us to include you in email circulars about our Heritage Week events, please contact us.
